Consent to personal data processing

The operator and how consent is given

I voluntarily consent to SAN PORTO LLC processing my personal data for the purpose I select below. Operator details: SAN PORTO LLC (ООО «САН ПОРТО»), OGRN 1227700519694, INN 7730285464, KPP 773001001. Address: Room 2, Premises XXIX, 1st floor, 35 Kutuzovsky Prospekt, Moscow, 121165, Russia.

Consent is given by a separate checkbox in a form on smish.ru. The privacy policy is available before making that choice. Each checkbox applies to its stated purpose: fulfilling an order or visitor analytics. Visiting the website does not select all consents.

1. Consent to place and fulfil an order

By selecting the consent checkbox at checkout, I allow processing needed to make a purchase: accepting the order, contacting me, arranging payment, dispatch and delivery, and dealing with order enquiries.

Data covered for this purpose:

  • First and last name, and middle name if supplied.
  • Telephone number and email address.
  • Delivery address or selected collection point.
  • Order contents, price, payment method, status and other fulfilment information.
  • Account details when ordering while signed in, and information I add to my order comment.

The necessary information is shared with KUSHA LLC for sale and fulfilment and with the chosen carrier for delivery. The seller’s processing is described in the KUSHA LLC privacy policy. Payment card details are entered on the payment provider’s page.

Order consent does not enable analytics, marketing messages or public disclosure of my information. Terms of sale are accepted separately.

2. Separate consent for visitor analytics

By selecting the analytics consent checkbox in cookie settings and confirming my choice, I allow the operator to use Yandex Metrica to measure visits and improve the website.

Data covered for this purpose:

  • IP address and cookie identifiers.
  • Browser, device or other software used to access the website.
  • Visit time and addresses of viewed pages.
  • Referrer: the previous page address or source of the visit.
  • Actions on pages, including navigation, clicks, scrolling and product interactions.

This processing is automated and shares the listed information with YANDEX LLC. Session Replay analyses page interactions; product interactions contribute to shop statistics. Names, telephone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses and private order messages are excluded from analytics parameters. See the analytics section of the policy.

This choice is optional. “Without analytics” lets me use the website and place orders. The counter does not start without separate consent. I can change my choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

3. Processing methods and sharing

For the selected purpose, permitted operations include collecting and recording information, organising, accumulating, storing, correcting, retrieving and using it, providing access to the stated processing participants, restricting, deleting and destroying it. Order processing may combine automated and manual operations.

Employees and fulfilment participants receive access only as needed for the relevant task. This consent does not authorise disclosure of personal data to an unlimited audience.

4. Duration and withdrawal

Consent remains valid until the selected purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless the law provides otherwise.

To withdraw consent, email info@smish.ru or info@sanporto.com with the subject “Withdrawal of personal data consent”. State which consent you withdraw and provide information needed to locate your enquiry, account or order, such as your phone number or email address. The operator may request verification that the data belongs to you.

Processing based on withdrawn consent ends, and information no longer required is deleted, within 30 days of receiving withdrawal, except where another lawful basis allows continued processing. This may include fulfilling a contract or retaining documents as required by law. Withdrawing analytics consent in cookie settings stops further collection by the website counter.

Choices and confirmations are submitted electronically. For an order, the selected consents, document revision and confirmation time are recorded; these checkboxes do not require a handwritten signature.

Separate consent for a letter to Visiting Smish

By selecting the data processing checkbox as the child’s parent or legal guardian, I permit SAN PORTO LLC to process the child’s first name, age, country, city, letter and drawing, my full name, email and optional phone for receiving, storing and reviewing the submission, contacting me and recording permissions.

Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, restricted editorial access, blocking and deletion. Records are retained for participation and permission purposes or until consent is withdrawn. Contact info@sanporto.com with the submission number and original email to make a request. Private originals and contact information are excluded from the public catalogue.

This consent excludes marketing, analytics and public sharing. The separate third checkbox covers public sharing of the child’s first name, age, country, city, letter and drawing.
