1. General provisions

This policy explains how data is processed when you use smish.ru, contact us or make a purchase. We follow Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data and other applicable legal requirements.
2. Processing purposes and categories of data
- Purchases and delivery. First and last name, middle name if provided, telephone number, email address, delivery address or collection point, order contents and details, and messages about fulfilment. This information is used to receive and process orders, contact buyers, prepare and dispatch goods, arrange delivery and handle purchase enquiries.
- Enquiries. The contact details and message you provide are used to answer questions, requests or complaints.
- Website operation. Technical request information, including IP address, request time, requested page and browser details, may be processed to deliver pages and protect the website. Cookies and browser local storage support functions you choose, such as the basket, and remember your cookie choices.
- Visitor analytics. With separate consent, website visit information is processed using Yandex Metrica, as explained below.
Only provide information needed for the purpose you select. If you provide another recipient's details, ensure you are entitled to share them for the purchase and delivery.
3. Processing grounds and separate choices
We process data on the basis of your consent where required, to enter into or fulfil a contract at your request, and to meet obligations imposed by law.
At checkout, a separate checkbox gives consent under the order processing consent. Another checkbox confirms acceptance of the KUSHA LLC terms of sale. These choices are separate and neither enables analytics.
Analytics consent is a separate choice in the cookie notice. Visiting the website, continuing to browse, or allowing cookies or JavaScript in your browser does not give that consent.
4. Sharing data for purchases and delivery
Our partner KUSHA LLC (ООО «КУША») processes orders and arranges dispatch. We share the information it needs for these purposes: buyer and recipient names, supplied contact details, delivery address or collection point, order contents and details needed for fulfilment.
A delivery provider receives the information needed to deliver the order and contact its recipient. The information shared is limited to that task. It is shared to fulfil the purchase and delivery, not to publish your details or send advertising.
Data may also be provided to authorised public bodies where required by law. The separate transfer of website usage information to Yandex for analytics is described below.
5. Yandex Metrica and audience analysis
With your separate consent, the website uses Yandex Metrica, a service provided by YANDEX LLC (ООО «ЯНДЕКС»), to measure visits, understand its audience and improve pages. Once enabled, the counter sends visit information to Yandex.
This may include an IP address, cookie identifiers, browser and device information, visit time, pages viewed, referral source, clicks, scrolling and the sequence of website interactions. Session Replay (Webvisor) records visits to analyse interactions with pages; e-commerce analytics covers product interactions, purchase contents and value. This information should not be assumed to be anonymous. We do not include names, telephone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses or private order messages in analytics parameters.

7. Processing and protection
Data may be processed automatically or manually. Operations may include collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, access and transfer for the stated purposes, restriction, deletion and destruction.
We restrict access to people who need it for the relevant task and apply organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful access, alteration and disclosure.
8. How long data is processed
Data is processed for no longer than necessary for the stated purpose, taking account of any retention obligations imposed by law. Consent remains valid until its purpose is achieved or you withdraw it.
After withdrawal, processing based on consent ends within the time limits required by law. If another lawful ground remains for some information, such as performing a contract or retaining legally required records, that information may continue to be processed on that ground.
9. Requests and withdrawal of consent
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for its correction, restriction or deletion where provided by law, and withdraw consent. Write to info@smish.ru. You may also contact the operator at info@sanporto.com.
Use the subject “Withdrawal of personal data consent” or “Correction of personal data”. Explain your request and provide enough information to locate your enquiry or order. If needed, we may request confirmation that the request concerns your data.
You can also withdraw analytics consent through cookie settings. If an unfinished order cannot be fulfilled without information you ask us to delete, we will explain this when handling your request.
10. Website terms of use
The website lets you discover SMISH, view content and products, select a purchase and contact us. This policy explains the website and data processing conditions; separate consent choices are made in the relevant forms.
Provide accurate information needed for your enquiry or order, and only use another person's details when entitled to do so. Do not use website forms for unlawful content, to infringe other people's rights or to disrupt the website.
The terms of a particular purchase, including price, availability and delivery, are specified when the order is placed. External services linked from this website have their own terms and data policies.
Acceptance of these terms is not consent to every possible use of your data. Order processing and analytics require their separate choices. These are not contest rules; purchase or analytics consent does not authorise publication of names, messages or artwork in the public gallery.
11. Changes to this document
The current version is available on this page. If processing purposes or conditions change, we update the document and request new consent where necessary. Continued browsing alone does not replace separate consent.
