Seller privacy policy
This policy covers SMISH customer information used by KUSHA LLC as the seller for orders, delivery, customer accounts and enquiries.

KUSHA LLC is the operator of the information it processes for these seller purposes. This policy takes account of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006, “On Personal Data”. Processing is limited to what the relevant shop function, purchase, enquiry or legal obligation requires.

2. Information used
- Purchases and delivery: first and last name, any supplied middle name, phone, email, delivery address or pickup point, recipient details, order contents and comments needed for fulfilment.
- Customer accounts: verified contacts, profile details, saved addresses, basket and favourites, order history, notification preferences and consent records.
- Sign-in and security: one-time codes during verification, verification results, session information, service identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, request time and page address. These support shop operation, misuse prevention and secure access.
- Payments and enquiries: payment information and status, messages, documents and photographs supplied to resolve a purchase enquiry.
Full card details are entered with the payment provider. Do not include health information or other sensitive details that are unnecessary for your order. Make sure you are entitled to provide another recipient’s information.
3. Purposes and grounds
Information supports receiving, confirming, preparing and fulfilling orders, contacting buyers, calculating and arranging delivery, accounting for payments and refunds, providing accounts, verifying contacts and access, and handling complaints or quality enquiries. Technical details also support diagnostics and security. The seller fulfils legal obligations; advertising requires separate consent.
Grounds include steps to enter into and perform a contract at the buyer’s request, the seller’s legal obligations and consent where required. Processing is limited to the relevant purpose.
Checkout consent is described in the separate consent document. It does not include marketing, analytics or publication in the SMISH gallery.
4. Order fulfilment participants
Necessary information may be shared with the chosen carrier or pickup point, payment provider, communication providers delivering codes and messages, and service providers maintaining the information systems. Access is limited to their tasks and data protection obligations.
Information may be supplied to authorised bodies in the circumstances and manner required by law. KUSHA LLC does not sell personal data or provide it for recipients’ independent advertising without a separate lawful ground. Purchase information is not intended for public disclosure.
5. Notifications and marketing
Order updates and advertising have separate settings. Email and SMS news or offers require a separate choice by the customer; marketing channels are off by default.
Declining advertising does not prevent a purchase or service messages about the order. Change your choice in account preferences, through an available unsubscribe method in an advertising message, or by contacting the seller. Sign-in codes, contact verification and requested payment links are sent to carry out the requested action regardless of marketing preferences.
7. Retention and protection
Processing is automated and, where needed for service, manual. Operations may include collection, recording, storage, correction, use, sharing for stated purposes, restriction and deletion.
Retention depends on the purpose, order fulfilment, enquiries and mandatory record-keeping periods. Data is deleted or anonymised when its purpose is complete unless it remains necessary under law or to protect lawful rights within the applicable period.
The operator applies organisational and technical measures against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, restriction, copying and disclosure. Access is limited to what work duties and order fulfilment require.
8. Requests and withdrawing consent
You may request information about processing, correction of inaccurate details and, where the law provides, restriction or deletion, and withdraw consent. Write to info@samarovka.ru explaining your request and providing enough information to locate your order or account. The seller may need to verify that the request concerns your data.
Withdrawal ends processing based on that consent under the applicable legal procedure. It does not undo previous processing or prevent retention on another lawful ground. If deleting information would prevent completion of an order, the seller will explain this when handling your request.
