Participation terms
Submissions to “Visiting Smish” are open. This is a creative participation project with no cash, physical or other prizes. Every letter must include a drawing or a photo of it. Editors may select a letter and drawing for the programme. Sending a submission does not guarantee publication or broadcast.
Who can take part
Children aged 0–14 inclusive from every country are welcome. A parent or legal guardian completes and sends the form, confirms their authority and gives three separate consents. Citizenship and place of residence do not limit participation. Participation is free; no purchase is required.
How to send a letter
Use the form on the Gallery page. Enter the child’s first name without a surname, age, country, city, the parent or legal guardian’s full name, contact email and letter. A drawing or a photo of it is required with every letter. Phone, letter subject and drawing description are optional.
Choose an image on your device or drag it into the upload area. JPEG, PNG and WEBP files up to 10 MB are supported. Make sure the image is clear. Do not include home addresses, schools, phone numbers, emails, documents or other details you do not want to share publicly within the letter or drawing.
Editorial review and publication
The organiser is SAN PORTO LLC (OGRN 1227700519694, INN 7730285464), 35 Kutuzovsky Prospekt, floor 1, premises XXIX, room 2, Moscow 121165, Russia; email: info@sanporto.com. Every submission is reviewed before publication. Editors may fix typos, shorten a letter without changing its meaning, crop a drawing photo, remove background and shadows, and prepare it for display. Do not submit someone else’s work without permission, advertising, offensive content or information about other people without their consent.
Work appears in the gallery only after editorial approval. Letters and drawings may be selected for “Visiting Smish” and materials accompanying its episodes. A broadcast appearance, a reply from Smish or publication of every submission is not guaranteed. There are no winners, awards or prizes.
Where and when to watch
Season two starts on 1 November 2026 on BABY TIME, SMISH TV, ROLCE and RUTUBE. On BABY TIME daily, this week’s episode airs at 11:00 and 20:00 and the previous week’s at 17:00. New episodes premiere on Sundays at 11:00. All times are Moscow time (UTC+3). Submissions are already open; no closing date has been announced. Updates are published on smish.ru.
Permission to use the letter and drawing
By sending work, the parent or legal guardian confirms they have authority to provide it and grants SAN PORTO a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publicly display and make the letter and drawing available on smish.ru, in “Visiting Smish” episodes and related materials, and to carry out the technical and editorial preparation described above. This includes distribution of these materials through project partners, including BABY TIME, SMISH TV, ROLCE, RUTUBE and the LICENSE content portal.
Permission covers the world for the copyright term. Editors may grant partners permission to use the work in connection with the programme and its materials. Copyright remains with the creator, who and whose representative remain free to use the work and permit others to use it. No fee is paid for use within the project.
Personal data and contact
The parent or legal guardian’s full name, email and optional phone number are used to receive and review submissions, record consents and contact them about the work. Contact details are not published in the gallery or public episode descriptions. Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Processing consent is given with a separate checkbox.
Separate consent to public sharing
The third separate checkbox permits public sharing of the child’s first name without a surname, age, country, city, letter and drawing. These may appear in the smish.ru gallery, “Visiting Smish” episodes, and related project partner materials and catalogues, including LICENSE. These details may therefore be viewed by website visitors and programme audiences around the world.
The parent or guardian’s name, email and phone number are outside this publication permission. Do not include them in the letter or drawing itself. All three consents are required to submit the form, and all checkboxes are initially unchecked.
Corrections and withdrawal
Email info@sanporto.com from the address used for the submission. Include the submission number, the child’s first name and the requested change. You can use the same address to withdraw consent, request an end to future use or ask for the work to be taken down. Editors will clarify the request and remove publication from resources they manage; already broadcast programmes and copies held by other viewers may remain. Send participation enquiries to the same email.
